Office Manager

Cambridge Polymer Group is seeking a full-time Office Manager for immediate hire. The successful candidate will be expected to manage:

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data
  • Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Manage the inventory of office supplies
  • Manage incoming / outgoing mail for the office
  • Book transport and accommodations
  • Organize company events and conferences
  • Assist with Marketing activities

The ideal candidate should be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
